The only negative for this campground for us was that it is on the landing pattern for the municipal airport. The planes were 100 - 150 feet above us: day and night.
We were in a premium site with a little more patio, but little space to park our tow. There were too many golf carts zooming about, some with young drivers. There was no dog walk area close to our loop, so pet owners were forced to bring thir dogs next to the sidewalk near our coach for their business. The transportation to the parks was convenient to our site and,as always, the Disney staff was top rate. We were travelling with another coach and were placed next to each other, although they had not promised this ahead of time.
Very nice check-in, easy in and out with level sites. Close to the inter-state, but not noisy due to barrier trees and shrubs. We would consider this campground for a long Winter stay.
The entrance to the campground (coming from exit 186) is difficult with a motorcoach and immpossible from exit 187. The interior roads are prety rough. The one bright spot was the on-site pizza shop.
The owner of the campground was very nice and helpful. He helped us maneuver around some trees to our site. This was just an overnight stay en route, but we would stay here again.
The lady in the office was friendly. This is a campground where whole families are living in older trailers. We were one of the two non-residents for the night and we were put side by side close to the train tracks. (888) 647-6645
The campground was clean and relatively quiet. However, the staff was not very helpful and sometimes seemed "clueless". The wi-fi did not work for 7 of the 8 days we stayed, and the young lady at the desk said it was no big deal because it was free to us. We will probably stay at a different campground next October.
